About Me

I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult first step to take. I provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental space to navigate the various stressors in their lives and the difficult emotions they may be experiencing. I am a Registered Social Worker, working with children, teenagers and adolescents. I utilize a strengths-based, collaborative and empathetic therapeutic approach to support clients in recognizing their potential and increasing their well-being.

I completed my Master of Social Work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work and am a registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW. I am specialized in working with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, familial conflict and challenges associated with learning disabilities and ADHD. I hold trainings in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T), Emotion Focused Skills Training, and family therapy.
